Its no quick fix like people seem to think it is. I'm having trouble with my eating too. I'm perfectly fine when I have my routine but onces that goes out the window so does my healthy eating. I have another fill appointment tomorrow so fingers crossed after that I will be fine. I know its only been 3 months since my surgery but I want to find that 'sweet spot'.
